One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blue Hero sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Black Wave, Blue Hero, Smiling Star, Bold Rocket, Spike De Rabotiere, Brave Stereo, Cunning Play, Haydn Hof.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Black Wave today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Smiling Star galoped for 50 m. Black Wave kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Bold Rocket never caught up with Black Wave who won. Blue Hero came third.
