Only a humble breeze blew over Färjestad this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Electric Sugar found a gap and took the lead. Starstruck Daffodil followed before Fighting Lion. When the startcar left the field Fighting Lion started to galop and lost 50 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Electric Sugar was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Seductive Lizard was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Electric Sugar today. It continued in the lead.



Fighting Lion looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Fighting Lion didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
