Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Stay was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Confident Blast suddenly started to galop. Kenneth Haugstad had to struggle to get Confident Blast to tror again and succeded after 50 m. This is the positions after 500m. Georgia Sunset, Flower Top, Dove Princess, Passionate Fiber, Stay, Icebreaker, Zeborah De Suite, Late Bloomer Pegasos. Flower Top looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Zeborah De Suite couldn't come out from behind the leader, Georgia Sunset. Stay looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Stay kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. With only a little left of the race Stay galoped for 30 m. Confident Blast was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Flower Top was first on the homestretch followed by Georgia Sunset and Zeborah De Suite. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Georgia Sunset galop. Georgia Sunset lost 30 m. Zeborah De Suite sprinted over the finishline before Flower Top and Icebreaker. Results
