One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Waste Of Gold could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Guard Of Ottawa was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Chloe Larockma was still in the lead after 1500m.

Chloe Larockma sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Reason gallopped 40 m after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Chloe Larockma galoped for 30 m. Barbaria Larockma kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Barbaria Larockma never caught up with Guard Of Ottawa who won. Inkas Sioux came third.
