One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amber Brightness could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Gold Ginger Whirlwind was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Jolly Beauty quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Kelly Hof looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Wondering Venus couldn't come out from behind the leader, Jolly Beauty.




Kelly Hof saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Nachthexen Larockma started to gallop after 1500m and Brian Sears had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Jolly Beauty galloped for 20 m.




Kelly Hof didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Turning Whirlwind was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Kelly Hof kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Ron Pierce tried a little too much on the homestretch and Impatient Rose started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Amber Brightness won the race after a spectacular finish.
