One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fly By Night was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Kræfter Honorere sprinted to the front.

Quick Pain sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Quick Pain was still in the lead after 1500m.

Quick Pain was still in the lead after 2000m.

Fly By Night was first on the homestretch followed by Quick Pain and Competitive Admiral.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Competitive Admiral galop. Competitive Admiral lost 40 m.

Quick Pain won the race after a spectacular finish.
