Start List
The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Inferno could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Inferno followed by Cosmonaut and Shooting Bear. Lane two Paradise Eve followed by Drago Volante and . Cosmonaut started to gallop after 1500m and Bengt-Erik Olsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Inferno were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. No-one could catch Paradise Eve today who won before Inferno and Cosmonaut. Results
