One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





New Story took the lead after a very quick start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. King Hero started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Lucky Nova was disturbed and galoped 50 m. driver couldn't keep King Hero to trotting so they were disqualified.




New Story was still in the lead after 1500m.



New Story kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






New Story didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
