One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Nova tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ruiten that came steaming ahead.




Ruiten was in fine shape and held the lead.




Sad Cocktail sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Sad Cocktail was still in the lead after 1500m.



Sad Cocktail were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Golden Nova never caught up with Sad Cocktail who won. Ruiten came third.
