One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Silhoutte Dancer. Crazy For Diamonds ended up behind the leader. Amorito got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Electric Whirlwind suddenly started to galop. Ove Wassberg had to struggle to get Electric Whirlwind to tror again and succeded after 40 m. When the startcar left the field Crazy For Diamonds started to galop and lost 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ditzy sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Ghostdancing Dynamite sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
