One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stormy August took the lead after a very quick start.

Lill Stina was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Printing Solution looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stormy August couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lone Crusher.

Printing Solution was still in the lead after 1500m.

Stormy August kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Odile De Sassy kept the speed the whole finish and won before Stormy August and Printing Solution.
