One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Experienced Wave could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Wondering Sunray started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Dixie Demon looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Clever Paradigm couldn't come out from behind the leader, Experienced Wave. Wondering Sunray was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Experienced Wave followed by Clever Paradigm and Poincon Express. Lane two Dixie Demon followed by Wondering Sunray and . Poincon Express started to gallop after 1500m and Thomas Dalborg had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Experienced Wave was still in the lead after 2000m. Experienced Wave were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Dixie Demon sprinted over the finishline before Experienced Wave and Clever Paradigm. Results
