One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gentleman Band sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Intelligent Thinking sprinted to the front.




Counterfeit Nova looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Confident Band couldn't come out from behind the leader, Intelligent Thinking.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Intelligent Thinking followed by Gentleman Band and Cadeu Utx. Lane two Confident Band followed by Counterfeit Nova and Dream That Stands.




Intelligent Thinking was still in the lead after 2000m.



Intelligent Thinking were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






No-one could catch Intelligent Thinking today who won before Gentleman Band and Confident Band.
