One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Strong Standing could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. This Will Help was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Denver Bronco sprinted to the front.




His Royalty took the lead after 1000m. This Is It didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop His Royalty today. It continued in the lead.



Major Star was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. His Royalty were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Major Star galoped way to long and was disqualified. Tommy Hanné tried a little too much on the homestretch and Denver Bronco started to galopp and lost 30 m. Torbjörn Jansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Thunder Phantom started to galopp and lost 50 m.




This Is It won the race after a spectacular finish.
