The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Estela tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dusty Giggle that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Red Lily sprinted to the front.




Estela took the lead after 1000m. Dusty Giggle didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Estela followed by On The Beach and Crossing Thought. Lane two Dusty Giggle followed by Red Lily and Heavenly Fox.



Estela were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

driver couldn't keep Estela to trotting so they were disqualified.




On The Beach sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
