One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Going Crown tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Screwdriver that came steaming ahead.

Going Crown quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Lonely Astronaut started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Whispering Maid looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Trouble In Paradise couldn't come out from behind the leader, Going Crown.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Going Crown followed by Light Top and Silver Cocktail. Lane two Whispering Maid followed by Trouble In Paradise and Screwdriver. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Criminal Payer gallopped for 10 m.

Going Crown were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Lars Marklund tried a little too much on the homestretch and Charlotte Palema started to galopp and lost 40 m.

Winner of todays race was Going Crown. Whispering Maid came in second. Light Top became third.
