The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Troubling News sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Bright Vixen accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Bright Vixen looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Fläsk Helt never caught up with Bright Vixen who won. Lou Kronos came third.
