The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slippery Puma found a gap and took the lead. Fair Wonder followed before Expensive Wind. Maréchal De Camp was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Snowy Dribbler quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Bardsey was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Bardsey took the lead after 1000m. Fair Wonder didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Fair Wonder looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Glamorous Drama gallopped for 30 m.



Fair Wonder kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Snowy Dribbler showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Fair Wonder kept the speed the whole finish and won before Just Lizard and Bardsey.
