One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Être Feux could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Être Feux clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Être Feux was still in the lead after 1500m. Panglangyeah showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Panglangyeah was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Panglangyeah galoped for 30 m. Être Feux sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Tapio Perttunen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Panglangyeah started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Admiral Thinking won the race after a spectacular finish.
