Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Mantorp track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Blue Map. Sunday Queen ended up behind the leader. Seductive Bouquet got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Speedy Mountain started to galop and lost 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Slippery Crusher, Punching Sergeant, Sunday Queen, Tindouf, Quick Tank, Tycoon, Blue Map, Seductive Bouquet.

Punching Sergeant sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Slippery Crusher was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Tindouf saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Tindouf looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Sunday Queen made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Punching Sergeant.
