The sun was shining on Skellefteå and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Johnny Rocker found a gap and took the lead. Stepping Red followed before Steel Work.




This is the positions after 500m. Toulouse, Black Blind Snake, Steel Work, Stepping Red, Johnny Rocker, Sowing Sugar, Gold Commander, Fighting Bullet.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Toulouse followed by Johnny Rocker and Sowing Sugar. Lane two Stepping Red followed by Black Blind Snake and Steel Work.



Toulouse kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Leif Eriksson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Gold Commander started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Winner of todays race was Toulouse. Stepping Red came in second. Johnny Rocker became third.
