One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Turning Diamond was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Heavenly Rocket showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




This is the positions after 500m. Netrebko Hof, Beethoven Hof, Vichøice Bìhoun, Tamla Celeber, Turning Diamond, Heavenly Rocket, , .




Vichøice Bìhoun took the lead after 1000m. Beethoven Hof didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Vichøice Bìhoun followed by Tamla Celeber and Netrebko Hof. Lane two Beethoven Hof followed by Turning Diamond and Heavenly Rocket.



With only a little left of the race Netrebko Hof galoped for 10 m. Vichøice Bìhoun kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Staffan Nilsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Beethoven Hof started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Vichøice Bìhoun didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
