One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flower Wardrobe tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Adorable Pony that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Nicki Sunrise started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Sudden Maid who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Flower Wardrobe looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Nicki Sunrise couldn't come out from behind the leader, Adorable Pony.




Adorable Pony was still in the lead after 1500m.




Flower Wardrobe put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Adorable Pony litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Nicki Sunrise won the race after a spectacular finish.
