One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Bermuda found a gap and took the lead. Queen Annes Lace followed before Passion Of Life. Queen Annes Lace was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Marshmallow was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.
Marshmallow quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Hell Broke Luce sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Bermuda looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Bermuda sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Passion Of Life won the race after a spectacular finish.
