One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flickering Winter tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Schrimp that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Schrimp clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Schrimp was still in the lead after 1500m.



Schrimp sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Schrimp didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
