One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





So Damn Brilliant found a gap and took the lead. Speed Freak followed before Giant Man.




Speed Freak was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




So Damn Brilliant looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Speed Freak couldn't come out from behind the leader, Giant Man. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Speed Freak followed by Giant Man and Mighty Cyclone. Lane two So Damn Brilliant followed by Helpful Momentum and Mad Trap.



With only a little left of the race Power Striker galoped for 20 m. Speed Freak were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Power Striker started to galopp and lost 30 m.




So Damn Brilliant kept the speed the whole finish and won before Speed Freak and Giant Man.
