One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Powerful Blast found a gap and took the lead. Trembling Sun followed before Is This Love. Shelter Creek was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Shelter Creek saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Is This Love sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Platinum Technology galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Is This Love was still in the lead after 1500m.



Is This Love looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Trembling Sun won the race after a spectacular finish.
