One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Good Looking Wave took the lead after a very quick start. Hans-Owe Sundberg wanted a little to much in the start and Devine Lemon galoped for 10 m. Fierceful Movement galloped way to long and was disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Devine Lemon, Decisive Energy, Goofy Midnight, Good Looking Wave, Clever Frenzy, Universe Man, Barefoot Sugar, Snowy Play. Rolling Thinker started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Decisive Energy took the lead after 1000m. Devine Lemon didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Good Looking Wave looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep Snowy Play to trotting so they were disqualified.

With only a little left of the race Devine Lemon galoped for 50 m. Universe Man was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Fierceful Movement galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Good Looking Wave sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Decisive Energy galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Devine Lemon sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
