The sun was shining on Jarlsberg today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Skipping Wonder could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Snusmumrik, Skipping Wonder, Expensive Beauty, Stunning Blossom, Luces Cuenta, Happy Blizzard, Ostland Larockma, Hard Blizzard. Ostland Larockma started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Hard Blizzard galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Skipping Wonder took the lead rather easily.
