One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Black Blind Snake took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Jaesånätt started to galop and lost 30 m. Montgomery Burns suddenly started to galop. Jan Ove Olsen had to struggle to get Montgomery Burns to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

Jaesånätt quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Casa Grande who started to galop and lost 10 m.

Hit The Target sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Hit The Target today. It continued in the lead.

Hit The Target was still in the lead after 2000m.

Hit The Target sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Black Blind Snake sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
