One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Illumination was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Illumination suddenly started to galop. Oskar Svanberg had to struggle to get Illumination to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




Holy Pearl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Illumination sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Illumination followed by Heavenly Rocket and Striking Diary. Lane two Opposing Grove followed by Queen Elizabeth and Holy Pearl.




Illumination kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Queen Elizabeth was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Opposing Grove litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Opposing Grove kept the speed the whole finish and won before Illumination and Heavenly Rocket.
