One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shining Pony found a gap and took the lead. Opposing Doll followed before Steel Sergeant. Shining Pony was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Antti Teivainen wanted a little to much in the start and Trade Balance galoped for 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Steel Sergeant, Bol Factory, Tough Frenzy, Trade Balance, Opposing Doll, Shining Pony, Drooling Universe, .




Steel Sergeant clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Opposing Doll galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Steel Sergeant followed by Shining Pony and Bol Factory. Lane two Tough Frenzy followed by Trade Balance and Opposing Doll.




Tough Frenzy took the lead. Shining Pony galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



With only a little left of the race Shining Pony galoped for 50 m. Steel Sergeant litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Steel Sergeant was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Final standings. 1 Opposing Doll, 2 Tough Frenzy, 3 Trade Balance.
