Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Running Plan could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 30 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Jorma Kontio wanted a little to much in the start and Regrette Rien galoped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Running Plan started to galop and lost 40 m.




Le Poignard saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Atos Speedy sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Lieutenant Action accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Tricky Wind galoped for 50 m. Tricky Wind was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Running Plan litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Tricky Wind was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Regrette Rien won. Lieutenant Action came in second. Atos Speedy caught third place.
