The sun was shining on Gävle today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dancing Wind took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m.




Heavy Plan saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Vanilla Gold showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Heavy Plan was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Heavy Plan followed by Dancing Wind and Scrooge. Lane two Go Freddie Go followed by Fighting Scout and Saratoga Muscle.




Go Freddie Go seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Dancing Wind suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Vanilla Gold galop. Vanilla Gold lost 10 m. Torbjörn Jansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Vanilla Gold started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Heavy Plan made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Dancing Wind.
