The weather had been good all week and Färjestad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fighting Energy found a gap and took the lead. Platinum Mountain followed before Kenny.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Kenny sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Fighting Energy who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Platinum Mountain sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Kenny accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Kenny kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Kenny were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Platinum Mountain never caught up with Kenny who won. Fighting Energy came third.
