One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Impressive Ice could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Walking Dead saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Walking Dead clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Walking Dead followed by Impressive Ice and Lady Kemp. Lane two Nora Bakaou followed by Indian Sneaker and .




Walking Dead didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Nora Bakaou was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Walking Dead looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Impressive Ice won. Walking Dead came in second. Nora Bakaou caught third place.
