The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Dannero today. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ipred. Stormy August ended up behind the leader. Calexico got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Crossing Queen started to galop and lost 20 m. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Stormy August sprinted to the front. Stormy August was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Criminal Judge looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Criminal Judge sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Criminal Judge were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Crossing Queen won. Feeling Lucky came in second. Vice Director caught third place. Results
