The weather had been good all week and Tingsryd was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mad Sunflower took the lead after a very quick start.




Cap Ferret saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Mad Sunflower sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Mad Sunflower was still in the lead after 1500m.




Mad Sunflower kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Mad Sunflower looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
