Only a humble breeze blew over Umåker this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Natural Born Chaos found a gap and took the lead. Prince Flame followed before Velvet Underground.




This is the positions after 500m. Criminal Wolfman, Moonlight Queen, Prince Flame, Velvet Underground, Natural Born Chaos, Cute Tango, , . Cute Tango was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Moonlight Queen took the lead after 1000m. Prince Flame didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Moonlight Queen followed by Natural Born Chaos and Criminal Wolfman. Lane two Velvet Underground followed by Prince Flame and Cute Tango. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Prince Flame gallopped for 20 m.



Criminal Wolfman was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Moonlight Queen kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Akseli Lahtinen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Moonlight Queen started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Final standings. 1 Natural Born Chaos, 2 Velvet Underground, 3 Prince Flame.
